Attended Photo Booth Terms

These terms apply to Wedding and Custom attended bookings. By checking the agreement box on the booking form and signing electronically, you acknowledge you have read and agree to them.

Who can book

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to book this event on behalf of the renter/host.

Venue, access & setup

• Provide on-time venue access for setup and teardown, a working electrical outlet near the booth location, and an indoor or weather-protected space with enough room for the booth and backdrop.
• Setup and teardown time is typically outside scheduled guest hours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Arrange reasonable vehicle access and parking for Young’s Photobooth to load and unload equipment.

Equipment, guests & overtime

• You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear to the photo booth, props, and related equipment while at your event, and will pay the actual repair or replacement cost.
• Help keep the booth area safe. Young’s Photobooth is not responsible for guest injury or misuse of equipment beyond providing a reasonably safe setup and supervision during our scheduled time.
• Every hour (or portion of an hour) over the scheduled time is an additional $50.00 fee, billed in full-hour increments.

Photos, weather & conditions

• Photos are provided on a best-effort basis. Young’s Photobooth is not liable for lost shares or photos due to venue power/network failures or guest misuse, beyond providing working equipment during the booked time.
• If weather or conditions make setup or operation unsafe (including outdoor or exposed venues), Young’s Photobooth may delay, relocate, or reschedule as a reasonable remedy.

Payment & cancellation

• A $300.00 down payment is required for attended Wedding and Custom packages. The down payment is nonrefundable. No date is held until the contract is signed and the down payment is received.
• The remaining balance is due before the event starts (or as otherwise stated in the booking confirmation).
• Cancellation fee equals the down payment, up to $300.00, if the event is cancelled. This cancellation fee is nonrefundable.
• Transportation is a separate fee from the package fee. After you submit a request, Young’s Photobooth will review the event address and confirm any transportation fee before the booking is finalized.
