DIY Photobooth Kit Terms

These terms apply to the DIY Photobooth Kit rental. By checking the agreement boxes on the booking form and signing electronically, you acknowledge you have read and agree to them.

What you’re renting

• This is an unattended DIY Photobooth Kit for one event day. You are responsible for setup, operation, packing, and timely return. Young’s Photobooth does not send staff unless you book an attended package separately.
• You must be at least 18 years old and responsible for guests’ reasonable use of the equipment.

Event-day-only use

• The booth is for use on your event date only. It may arrive earlier for setup, but it stays locked until about midnight on the event day and locks again after that day ends. Operating it outside that window is not permitted.

Venue & care of the kit

• Use the kit in a safe, dry (or weather-protected) location with working electrical power, and keep it away from rain, pools, food/drink spills, and extreme heat.
• Do not remove protective cases, jailbreak/reset the iPad, or install/delete apps on the device.

Damage, loss & card on file

• You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing pieces, and loss/theft while the kit is in your care.
• Young’s Photobooth may charge the actual repair or replacement cost for partial damage, and up to $1,500.00 if the full kit is lost or stolen. Late returns may also be charged under this same responsibility, up to that maximum.
• You authorize Young’s Photobooth to charge the card you place on file for the DIY Photobooth Kit rental fee, and for documented damage, missing pieces, loss/theft, or late return up to a maximum of $1,500.00.

Return shipping

• Pack all items in the provided foam/case, and ship it out the next business day after your event using the prepaid label (or as directed).

Connectivity & support

• Photo capture works without Wi-Fi; however, QR code sharing needs cellular coverage. The booth can work offline and will send pictures once it has a good cellular connection. Young’s Photobooth is not responsible for venue network or coverage issues.
• Support is by phone/text/email only (no on-site service unless you book an attended package). Young’s Photobooth is not liable for lost photos due to setup error, power loss, venue issues, or guest misuse, except to the extent caused by failure to provide working equipment as shipped.

Shipping area, delays & cancellation

• The DIY Photobooth Kit is available for Pennsylvania ship-to addresses only right now, and shipping is included in the day rate.
• If carrier delay prevents on-time delivery for reasons outside Young’s Photobooth’s control, remedies may include a reschedule or other reasonable arrangement (not an automatic full refund).
• Paid DIY Photobooth Kit rental fees are nonrefundable if you cancel (unless Young’s Photobooth cancels or cannot deliver the kit).
